Accessing Higher Levels of Thinking in Leadership

A leadership event for HBS Members

March 18, 2010
3:00PM – 5:00PM

The Rainier Club
820 4th Avenue
Seattle, WA 98104

Are you interested in understanding the subtle but powerful dynamics that are going on underneath the surface of your interactions with others and within your teams? Do you want to know how to access a level of perception that can give you in-the-moment clarity about why people are doing what they do, and how to react more effectively?

We are sponsoring an experiential deep dive session for Members Only, taught by the founders of Pathwise Leadership, Chad Hattrup PhD, and Todd Hollow-Bist PsyD.  This session is designed for accomplished leaders looking for advanced leadership skills.

What You Can Expect
The session will focus on two important psychoanalytic tools applied to business for improving leadership capacity: Transference Analysis and Suspension of Attention.  These are not overviews, but actual classes--part of a larger year-long intensive curriculum offered by Pathwise.  Interested members will have the opportunity to follow-up with Pathwise about the larger curriculum.

Who is Right for the Program
Randy Wooton, GM, Microsoft, HBS 2000 says, “I have been impressed by the impact that Pathwise has had on many of my colleagues at MSFT and would recommend this foundation session for really anyone who is committed to 'life-long learning' and who is looking for that next level of self-discovery.  I am just starting my “path” and there has been lots of wisdom gained so far."

Register for March 18
